New Look Wizards

While Kathleen pointed out big things afoot with the Wizards' sartorial sensibilities, I have to step in and point out that the new jerseys are... AWESOME. From the Wizards' store:


The throwback font with the lower case reference to the Bullets, the retro horizontal stripes, mmm, nice jersey.

    Definitely an improvement. I'm not crazy about the dc logo with the hand, but the jersey kicks ass!

    It doesn't have the class of the Knicks Jersey, but pretty tight.

    The upper left corner, the "dc" logo with some sort of tip off happening at the top of the d. It reminds me of a hand reaching out of the grave. Though, now that I think about it, that could be symbolic as well.

    The jersey reminds me of the Portland Trail Blazers jersey for away games except the stripes are horizontal.
